Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
Steps to Return an Item
- Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at returns@antimirror.com with your order number and reason for return. - Prepare Your Package
Securely package the item(s) with the original receipt or proof of purchase. - Ship the Return
We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) or instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
Exchanges
- We currently do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
