Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

Steps to Return an Item

  1. Initiate a Return
    Contact our customer service team at returns@antimirror.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Package
    Securely package the item(s) with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the Return
    We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) or instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
